Hi Dave & Welcome,
If you trawl through the forum topics you will find plenty of good advise which we all share on here, have a look at the ‘Tips and tricks’ topic.

Do Renault dealers know about this reset trick in general? The one I bought from I doubt would know a positive from a negative pole!

They know very little compared to forum users 🙂
