Hi I hope you can help. I picked up my ex demo Zoe last week and am slowly getting to grips with what it can do. I am trying to set up the ZE online services and the page is asking for my activation code which apparently I should get when I picked up the car. I cannot find it anywhere – can anyone give me any pointers?? I have called Lookers service where I collected the car and they are not much help.
NO PROBS – As far as I understand ZE people need to activate ZE Services…only they can do. My husband liaised with them for me. He spoke to:

who sorted the whole thing out + was v. helpful. No one tells you that we need to speak to them to activate which is plain unhelpful. It takes several days to be activated once you find the right people. Good luck.
I didn’t mind as it felt there were so many things to learn at the beginning. There is a learning curve with a Zoe.
There are 2 things you need to register for:
1) Renault R-Link Store: Requires you VIN number which you get get from R-Link under the system – Information bit. In Ireland it’s also on your tax registration form.
2) Renault ZE-Services: This requires the activation code you need to get from Renault. I also have a ex-demo and it did not have one. Renault needed to set this up and generate a activation code before I could register.
I do not know why this can’t be done in one step… Renault logic I presume..
