    Hi there,

I’m fairly new to the Zoe hype (bought in July), however, have had a massive stroke of bad luck. Early in December the Air Conditioning unit stopped working, which meant the car couldn’t charge. Luckily, it’s covered under warranty, but is still in the garage as the part is taking a very long time to arrive (30 part waiting list). I don’t know when it will be fixed, but I’m hoping that this isn’t a common issue with the Zoe’s? I love my car, as it’s very economical and cheap to run, but at the moment, finding it very difficult to keep it – not to mention that Renault have been absolutely awful with the entire situation – only just getting a hire car from Salisbury garage!

Has anyone else had this problem, and what would you recommend? It’s a secondhand 64 number plate, and only had 31k on the clock.

    Many thanks,

    Trevor Larkum

That is unlucky. I had my ZOE for 3 years, 48k miles, and had no major issues with the AC (just a duct coming loose at one point).
