@daymolton Do you know how much that cable is? And how can you confirm it works with the Zoe?

I live in the UK. I wonder if you can pop a Euro 2-pin to UK 3-pin adapter on the end? 😉

@craigp, I’m sure you can buy an adaptor from CEE 16A, to UK 3 pin.
I can confirm it works because I have tried it on my own Zoe, and I both had it charge on 10 Amp’s and on 16.
Here in denmark I can buy it for £580. I don’t know why all these cables are so expensive.. They seem to be a very simple construction.

@daymolton Thanks for the info! Yeah, why are they so expensive?!

Thanks very much for the reply, and thanks for helping us all be a little bit less scared about using these cables!

I’m also a little bit scared of damaging my new car.. But i know that several other people have tried the cable before me. I also cannot find any information in all my contracts about warranty isues, if you charge the car with chargers that are not Z.E. Certified. So i guess you can use whatever cable you like?? Or am i wrong here?

It seems like the official Renault cable may need a software update in the ZOE:
