    Several problems have been encountered with CPs in petrol stations.
    They are on private land, and as such are not covered by legislation, eg signage or penalties for Icing.
    The owner of one of the first petrol stations near me built a twelve foot wall half way across one of the bays,as part of a second car wash.When I asked him why, he replied because he could.
    Renault and the power companies had meetings at this CP, and could never sort out a BCI Earth fault for Zoes.
    The local hotel has the same CP type and insisted I would need to be resident, book in overnight in order to avail of the facility, private land again.
