    Hi all

    Has anybody had intermittent emails saying the charge session has stopped, then when looking at the portal it tells you the charging cable is not plugged in when in fact it is?

    Had this for the last couple of charges, however the car is charging!





    We have 2 Zoe’s and neither has reported SOC for a couple of days,maybe an issue at Renaults server.

    Maybe the charge point reset for some reason?
