This is a page and ‘sticky’ forum thread dedicated to tracking and discussing ordering and ownership status.

Ok, we should now be up and running with this, a continuation of the previous discussion thread but as a website page.
Like all threads on this site it can be viewed as a thread if you get to it via the forum links, but as a complete page if you click on the menu at the top of the site. Clicking on the page link has the advantage that you can see the table and the discussion at the same time.
Now we have a working mechanism in place I will start updating the table.July 20, 2013 at 11:52 #4048
Updated so far with information from Steemrunner, ronnie136 and londonmatt001.July 20, 2013 at 19:07 #4052

Thanks Umbi – updated. Also updated timbo from old thread, and added markd from old thread. Then reordered table by country and delivery date.July 24, 2013 at 13:20 #4125
My delivery date has now been confirmed as delayed until the end of September or start of October 🙁 That’s a good 6 weeks’ delay. The dealership would provide no details as to why this has happened and they say they don’t know but I do wonder whether it was due to a delay in sorting out the grant paperwork or something.July 24, 2013 at 13:37 #4127
Sorry to hear about the delay … 6 weeks is a massive delay and it would be good customer relations to have some sort of reason or a gesture to keep you happy. I may contact my dealer as I am 5-6 weeks away from my expected delivery.July 24, 2013 at 15:13 #4129
I had an update by text from Adam at Renault UK customer services saying that “Your vehicle is currently undergoing construction and a chassis number has been assigned to you”. Two weeks ago I had an update from my dealer letting me know that my Zoe has an expected dealer delivery date of 28th August. Last week they contacted me to let me know it is still on track for end August delivery to the dealer. Keeping my fingers crossed.July 24, 2013 at 23:49 #4133
I visited my Renault dealer today. It was ostensibly to get a part exchange valuation for my current car, a 2004 Vauxhall Zafira. Since they only offered £600 (£700 if I took their GAP insurance) I think I’ll sell it privately instead!
Anyway, they did confirm the ZOE is still due to be ready for pick up next week – though Tuesday, not Monday. Although the original date I had was Monday, that may have been arrival at the dealer, so confirmation of delivery to me on Tuesday is not a surprise, and I consider it to actually be encouraging (I feared another delay). Having said that, they seemed a long way from being prepared for the handover. I have therefore prompted them to make sure they have my online activation code ready, my R-Link code and SD-card ready, and the car fully charged.
The bad news about the day ‘delay’ is that I will now seemingly pick up the car on the same day I am due to attend the WhatCar i3 launch event – so am struggling with whether I have the confidence to drive the ZOE straight from the dealer into central London (about 55 miles) then home again to Northampton (about 75 miles). I have therefore applied for 2 sets of charging point RFID cards this evening (Ecotricity/Electric Highway and POD Point/Plugged in Midlands).
Tomorrow I am due to get my home chargepoint installed. If that happens I’ll also chase for a Polar/Chargemaster card.
Does anyone know what’s the best card to have to recharge in central London (for my trip home)?July 25, 2013 at 11:14 #4145
Have you tried asking the Park Lane i-Store if they can help you recharge your car?
