    How much of a lag? It does say it won’t refresh in less than 20 minutes.

    Lag? What lag? Mine was always accurate…in the 20 minutes interval.

    I used to have 20 minute intervals, but since the last Rlink update it seems random. Checking the app now (and clicking update / refresh) the last status is exactly 1 hour old. I’ve also seen it 1:30 old. And this area does not suffer from poor gprs coverage.

    A couple of days ago I activated my ZE on line account and smartphone app, but so far it hasn’t seemed very stable or upto date. My zoe status on line says last updated at 1815 today (2 hours ago). Despite having driven it since then and it now being back on charge. Is anyone else having similar problems today, or is there a problem with my account?

    For me, what you describe is normal behaviour. It used to be only updated at 20 minute intervals, but nowadays it can be hours behind. AC commands also don’t always go through timely. Quite annoying.

    My status still hasn’t updated since 1815 yesterday. I’ve emailed the r link helpline, but no response yet. Interesting that my R link updated yesterday too….

    Update on my ZE Online problems. It turned out that the dealer hadn’t completed all of the necessary setting up from their end. So it worked once when I first activated, then again when R-link updated, but never updated at all.
    Anyway, the dealer and renault r-link support sorted it between them and I’ve got full functionality now. Quite useful now that it’s working…
