In this section I will try to give guidance on the various options available when purchasing a Zoe, covering the different trim levels, paint colours, wheel options and official accessories.

For a general description of the Zoe and its common features see Zoe Description.

All versions of the Zoe come with a common set of Core Equipment. On top of this there are three Trim Levels.

Zoe Trim Levels

Three trim levels of the Zoe are available:

The Expression is the base and cheapest model; the Zen and Intens both have a higher specification of equipment and are therefore more expensive.

Equipment

The various types of equipment that come with the various Trim Levels or as options are covered in detail here:

Other Options

There are other options available when ordering:

Accessories

In addition, Renault provides a range of ‘essential accessories’ for purchase at the time of ordering or subsequently.

Apparently ZOE will fall into insurance Group 15 for the Dynamique Intens and Dynamique Zen and Group 16 for the Expression.

Not a problem! It was news to me so thought it may be useful for others too.  I am quite glad that it’s not a particularly high insurance band like I was partly expecting (thankfully!)

News and comment on the Renault ZOE (the world's most advanced mass market car), other electric cars, climate change, and related subjects. A car that's quiet, lively, cheap to run and non-polluting…£14k. Driving straight past petrol stations without a second glance…Priceless.
