A Renault brochure available on the Internet, in French, lists various ‘essential accessories’ available for the Zoe.

The mats and seat covers look okay, the arm rest/storage looks as it you wouldn’t be able to use the handbrake, unless the arm rest folds up when not required.
Who cares about the handbrake? My Prius had a foot operated mechanical parking brake, but I never used it. Pretty much all of the time the “P” setting of the gearbox is sufficient, except maybe for that one time that you park on a steep hill or on a ferry. Cost here in Holland for the arm rest is about 180 euros including installation.
