so anyone else called the ombudsman yet…? just wondering how much of a stir I have caused…
What carries more clout with Ombudsman? Hundreds of complaints or 1 complaint with hundreds of complainants?
not sure – but think of the banking PPI stuff. guess that was 1 complaint with hundreds of complainants?

jit187 if you send me anything I need when putting in an linking a complaint I’ll fill in a form to the ombudsman.
I put in a PPI/miss-selling (I had PPI turn into life insurance, life assurance and back into PPI) when I was a young lad buying my first flat, got royally ripped off because I didn’t really know what I was paying for. Ombudsman lept on my case once I sent them all the paperwork (I quite forgot I kept it all, a dark period in my life, almost put me off buying property for life) but as is ever the case everyone and their dog has a PPI claim in just in case they might get lucky, every now and then I get a letter to say they are still going to look at it, been a couple of years now. 🙁

the amount of free advertising and ‘public speeches’ I’ve given to random people about my car to only get bent over in the end by Renault is taking the biscuit. I’m now on the war path and there can only be one winner at the end…
@ Sandy – I will post some photo’s of my form/complaint on here over the weekend so you can see (and everyone else including the boys at Renault…)
