EVChallenge – Renault ZOE

We set three Netmums bloggers challenges to see if ultra low emission vehicles worked for them. In this video, we gave Penny, who blogs at Parent Shaped, a Renault ZOE and asked her to find as many local chargepoints as she could in an hour. Watch to see how easy Penny found it to charge on the go. Watch all our bloggers take the #EVChallenge: bit.ly/1ZMS1CC

Anyone else notice how much that charge point moved when they pulled the cable out!

how sad that you need a mobile phone app to find charging points…

if the EV industry wants Joe to drive an EV then you should have that standard in the car; a working Satnav with up-to-date charging stations updated over the air with no need of user intervention!

not messing about with apps on a mobile phone IMHO (fines included when using your mobile).
also that every charge point could be opened and or paid by using a credit and or debit card. only then it can be a success with the general public (cheaper EV’s with longer range included).

of course this is just my personal opinion!
