I’ve had a different problem. I have a garage and a flat but the garage is without power. I have permission from the freeholder to wire up the garage with power but British Gas won’t wait for me to have this done, and said they can’t keep my case open… They said I will need to get Renault to ask for the fitting again.

I have half a mind to just get a BMWi charging station fitted instead at my own expense. Does anyone know if the BMWi charging stations can charge a Zoe?
