Hi Noggy,
It sounds like the dealer you bought your Zoe form hasn’t activated the connected services on your car. They should do this and then give you a couple of printouts. One of them will explain how to update the SD card via the RLink store and the other should include the authorisation code you need to register the ZE services.
Noggy – Renault (ZE Services) need to ultimately activate you …there are problems and at the moment cant be switched on without them. Well that was the case when we purchased ours in November …so unless anything has changed. We needed their help and could not do without them.
