We have a Zen on order, though pushed back from End July to August 16th. We spoke with the garage just a few days ago and there was no mention of further delays. (p.s. feel free to change the order table with this newer info, thanks)
Well i just had a call from renault Leicester – my Zoe is now in the UK and waiting for transport to the dealer!!!!!! WHOOOOOOHOOOOO!!!!!!!
Unfortunately i leave for Germany tomorow afternoon due to work and will not return to the UK until late Friday which means the final waiting for my car is now the fault of work!!!! i’m trying to arrange for my other half to collect my car but women and electric cars don’t mix! lol (joke)
counting the days hours now…! its like Xmas eve 🙂
My dealer doesn’t even seem to know where the car is, he just keeps saying it’s due this week and that’s it. Maybe it’s arrived on the same delivery as jit187’s has.
Weirdly it’s going to a different dealer first, so that’ll add an extra day to the delivery. Seems like my dealer (Renault Watford) have to do all their EV orders through Renault West London. Very odd.
I’ve been avoiding posting in this thread as I can’t remember when exactly I ordered, and have been meaning to look it up.
I ordered an Intens in Calico Grey with 16″ wheels in May, and was given a provisional delivery date of the week starting 12th August. This has never changed, and it appears that my Zoe is in transit somewhere on its way to England. Hurrah!

Everyone, I will update statuses when I can, probably Wednesday or Thursday – assuming I return unscathed from my first ZOE adventure!
just about to leave the UK… sitting at the airport… thought i would call my local dealer having nothing better to do…. my car should arrive at the dealer this Thurs. they have requested priority transport from their ‘transport dept.’ due to my order now being over 2 months overdue. was advised they need one full working day to do some “stuff” at the dealer and my car will be ready to collect from Friday 18.00!!! Shame my flight don’t land until 18.30 so i guess i will have to wait until sat…
Just had a call from my dealer, apparently my Intens is now expected around Aug 16th. No reason given for the delay, annoyingly…
I’ve raised a formal compliant with Renault regarding their handling of my order delay. I emphasised that while the 6 week delay was frustrating it was the complete lack of communication, apology and explanation that have annoyed me most.
