in winter you will defo not achieve the 100 mile range…. even with heating off and driving like a snail… max range will be 60-70 miles. in summer if your lucky can get 80-90

however some will tell you they have done 110-120 miles with careful urban driving avoiding motorways etc.

all depends on driver and temp outside…

pleased to announce we are the proud owners of a new Zoe.
collected today from Renault Gloucester, thanks to Maurice for smoothing out some of the bumps we had.
it’s a Dynamique Nav Intens with the new motor. (ie not rapid)
well excited, let the fun commence

We’ve just returned from finishing the paperwork for a Dynamique Nav, we now just need to wait until Nov/Dec for delivery. Had a quick chat with a retired couple at the dealership forecourt that had took delivery of their’s yesterday and seemed over the moon with it.

Help! Has anyone had any problems with their charging flap breaking off?

Its the inner flap, not the main one with the Renault Logo. The plastic hinge developed a crack that eventually broke. Would it be covered under the warrantee ? (I’ve been told that it could cost about £350 to replace!!!) I’ve attached a jpg containing pictures of the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

    yes – mine broke too.

was told by Renault this is not covered under the warranty as this is classed as “user damage” and not a car defect…

which I disagree with – as had the flap been made properly this would not break off…

I no longer have the flap on the car and just use the front main badge and the charge flap…

There’s a thread on speakev where someone had the broken flap replaced under warranty, I’d not be fobbed with them refusing to replace it, if the cars on PCP they’ll sting you for fixing it if you are handing the car back.

Again no fuss from the garage when they saw it. I’d expected a quibble but it was fixed without any fuss.

A little over six weeks until my Zoe is due to arrive and the exhaust on my diesel starts falling to bits 🙁

On the bright side, just over a week until the charge point is installed at home 🙂

Just had call and Zoe is entering the UK a couple of weeks earlier than expected, might even get it before Christmas if it gets shipped from the import centre quickly 🙂
